About this speaker
Eleanor is the Women’s Rough Sleeping Policy Manager at Solace, working closely with London Councils and a range of organisations to consider how systems and practices can become gender-informed to support women more effectively.
Eleanor has worked with SHP, London Councils, GLA and other local authorities to co-design and deliver the Women’s Rough Sleeping Census. Previously, Eleanor led the Women’s Development Unit which produced A Strategy for Ending Women’s Homelessness in London in 2022, setting out the changes required to end women’s rough sleeping.
