About this speaker
Jane is the Complex Needs Manager at Groundswell and works with all the case workers in the Homeless Health peer Advocacy programme providing support and advise for cases especially those that are complex.
Jane is a nurse who has worked with individuals, families, groups and communities who experience exclusion daily for over 38 years working in a variety of settings to deliver accessible and appropriate health care. Jane supports and promotes person centered integrated working so as to ensure a person’s needs are met holistically.
