Lucy has worked in the homelessness sector for 16 years, in both frontline and leadership roles, and is currently Head of Multiple Disadvantage Service Transformation at London based homelessness charity Single Homeless Project. Lucy is passionate about tackling the barriers and inequalities faced by people experiencing homelessness, and has led on a number of successful system change initiatives, including the women’s rough sleeping census, the Team Around Me multi-agency working model, and an award-winning research project on women’s homelessness in partnership with the University of York. Prior to her current role, Lucy worked for the Fulfilling Lives programme in Islington and Camden for 8 years.
