About this speaker
Niall is the Head of Operations for Turning-Tides the largest provider of homeless services for adults in West Sussex; transforming lives and connecting communities.
He has responsibility for Turning-Tides client facing services across West Sussex and is the organisational lead for safeguarding and substance misuse. He has worked for Turning-Tides for 17 years, developing many of Turning-Tides services, including a 31 bed CQC Registered Recovery Project, and specialist roles including Social Work, substance misuse and dual diagnosis.
He is one of the voluntary sector representatives on the Safeguarding Adult Board advising and supported the board around homelessness and substance misuse.
Previously Niall worked for Stonham Housing Association managing young people homeless services: CRI (now CGL) managing young people’s homeless outreach services. In total Niall has worked in the social care sector for over 25 years.
