About this speaker
Rob has worked around clients experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage since 1990, in both community and custodial settings. Following x10 years managing projects and services for homeless and rough sleeping client groups from 1990 to 1999 in Bristol and Exeter, Rob joined HMPS as a Governor Grade at HMP Bristol and enjoyed a 20 year career in criminal justice, including roles as Regional Reducing Reoffending lead for South West prisons and Custodial Commissioner.
Rob`s final role was at Ministry of Justice working on criminal justice partnership policy. Since August 2020 Rob has led the Exeter Navigator Complex Needs Team, supporting a cohort of street attached men and women via a multi-disciplinary service offer based upon a trauma informed relational practice model.
