About this Talk
This session will launch the Homeless Link Partnership Teams new Partnership Self-Assessment Framework & Toolkit. This toolkit will enable local partnerships to objectively assess their partnership working and help them develop a robust local partnership plan to embed joined-up strategic approaches to tackling local homelessness challenges.
We will hear an overview of the toolkit and the five markers that contribute to a successful partnership (clarity of purpose, communication, connectivity, coproduction and collaboration); hear from a pilot area about the impact and give delegates the opportunity to discuss how partnership working is in their area.
